Wooden pallets have a wide range of uses, primarily in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, textile, automotive manufacturing, electronics, hardware machinery, and logistics center industries. Below are some usage precautions and requirements.

  I. Correct Use of Wooden Pallets as Required:

  1. Packaging and combined codes should be placed on the wooden pallet with appropriate bundling and wrapping to facilitate mechanical loading, unloading and transportation, thus meeting the requirements of loading, unloading, transportation, and storage.

  2. Strictly prohibit dropping goods from a height onto the wooden pallet. Reasonably determine the stacking method of goods on the pallet. Goods should be placed evenly; avoid concentrated or eccentric stacking. Pallets carrying heavy objects should be placed on a flat surface.

  3. Wooden pallets should be protected from direct sunlight to prevent aging and shorten their lifespan.

  4. When using wooden pallets on shelves, use rack-type pallets. The load capacity depends on the shelf structure. Overloading is strictly prohibited.

  5. Strictly prohibit dropping wooden pallets from a height to avoid breakage or cracks caused by strong impacts.

  6. When operating forklifts or manual hydraulic trucks, the forks should be pushed as close as possible to the outer side of the pallet's fork holes. The forks should be fully inserted into the pallet. The pallet should be lifted smoothly before changing the angle. The forks should not collide with the side of the pallet to avoid breakage or cracks.
