Glued pallets are suitable for use on both sides and are widely used for stacking and racking. Single-sided types: can be divided into rack types, standard types, and ordinary types, selecting different single-sided pallets according to different usage methods. What protective measures are there for glued pallets? Glued pallets need two main protections: fire prevention and damage prevention. Let's learn more below.

  1. Damage prevention

Glued pallets are also easily damaged. Even small gravel can wear away the surface gloss and color over time, leaving marks. If there is gravel, wipe it off immediately with a damp, soft cloth. Change into flat-soled slippers before entering the room to avoid bringing gravel inside. Do not walk around in shoes with nails, iron plates, or hard leather soles, which can damage the surface. Rough, heavy, and hard objects must not be dragged on the wooden floor.

When placing pallets, protective padding should also be placed underneath, and care should be taken to place them gently; items with sharp corners should not be placed directly on the wooden floor to prevent damage. If the pallet is damaged, it should be repaired immediately. When repairing, the nail arrangement, specifications, and paint color should all be restored to their original state. Avoid any inconsistencies with the overall wooden floor that affect its overall appearance.

  2. Fire prevention

Do not casually throw unextinguished cigarette butts and matches on the ground. Electric stoves, rice cookers, irons, soldering irons, etc., should not be placed on the glued pallets without fireproof and heat-resistant pads, otherwise, they may easily burn the pallets. Do not use gasoline to wipe off dust and dirt on the surface, to prevent friction from generating static electricity and causing a fire.
