  1. Export pallets must consider the specifications and dimensions of the transport tools and equipment.

Suitable export pallet dimensions should conform to the dimensions of the transport tools, making full use of the space in the transport tools, improving the loading rate, and reducing transportation costs. This especially needs to consider the internal dimensions of shipping containers and commercial transport vehicles.

  2. Export pallets must consider the packaging specifications of the goods loaded on the pallet.

Select a suitable pallet according to the packaging specifications of the goods loaded on the export pallet, making the most of the pallet's surface area and controlling the height of the center of gravity of the goods. Reasonable indicators for the goods carried by the pallet are: achieving 80% surface area utilization of the pallet, and the center of gravity of the goods should not exceed two-thirds of the width of the pallet.

  3. Export pallets must consider the universality of the pallet size.

International standard export pallet specifications should be used as much as possible for easy exchange and use of pallets. Pallet size standards are important standards for logistics unit loading. Pallets are directly related to storage racks, handling products, containers, transport vehicles, unloading platforms, and handling facilities, so the specifications and dimensions of pallets are the basis for considering the specifications and dimensions of other logistics equipment.
